Terms and Conditions of 9gbet — Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on the platform 9gbet, access the site, or use any available service — including Sports Betting, crash games, slots, Live Casino, and the VIP Program — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each active promotion or bonus.

Acceptance is mandatory to use the platform. If you disagree with any clause of this document, you must not create an account or use the services of 9gbet. Continued use of the platform following any updates to the Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use the services of 9gbet, the user must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years old years of age on the date of registration;
• Be individual residing in Brazil, with a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Not be subject to any legal, judicial, or regulatory restriction that would prevent participation in betting and online entertainment activities;
• Not be an employee, service provider, partner, or immediate family member of a 9gbet or its technology partners and content providers;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full name, CPF, date of birth, active email address, and mobile number with area code.

A 9gbet reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time, by requesting supporting documents such as a government-issued ID, driver's license, or proof of address issued within the last three months. Refusing to provide requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure.

3User Account

Each user is entitled to a single account on the platform of 9gbet. Creating duplicate accounts — under the same CPF, same email address, same IP address, or same device — is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension without prior notice.

3.1 Account security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. The 9gbet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support via the 24-hour chat.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before the first withdrawal is processed, all users are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC). The process requires submitting a clear photo of a government-issued ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and, where applicable, a recent proof of address. Document review takes up to 72 business hours after submission. Withdrawals are suspended until verification is complete.

3.3 Updating account information

Users must keep their account information up to date. Requests to change an email address, phone number, or Pix key must be submitted to support at least 48 hours before the next withdrawal, with supporting documentation when required.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted payment methods

A 9gbet accepts only Brazilian payment methods, in compliance with the regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil. Available methods are:

• Pix — instant deposits and withdrawals, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — for deposits only, with funds credited within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card — card networks accepted subject to processor availability;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — for deposits via digital wallets;
• TED Transfer — available for verified accounts at partner institutions (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, but amounts exceeding R$ 10,000.00 per transaction may be subject to additional verification in accordance with internal anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Withdrawals via Pix are processed in up to 5 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawals must be made to the same Pix key or bank account linked to the account holder's CPF — transfers to third parties are not permitted. The 9gbet does not charge fees on withdrawals. 5Betting & Games

When placing a bet or starting a game on any title available at 9gbet, the user confirms they understand and accept the specific rules of that betting type. Sports betting covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international competitions), MMA and UFC, volleyball (Superliga Masculina e Feminina, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB and NBA), e-sports, and other sports available on the platform.

5.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results published by the governing bodies of each competition. If an event is suspended or cancelled after it has started, the refund policy follows the specific rules for each market, available on the platform's help page. Bets on markets not affected by the cancellation remain valid.

5.2 Live Betting

Live betting odds fluctuate in real time as the event unfolds. The 9gbet is not liable for odds fluctuations that occur between the moment the user confirms a bet and the settlement of the ticket, when such fluctuations are inherent to the dynamics of the live market. Bets confirmed with an odds accepted by the system are irrevocable.

5.3 Crash Games & Casino Games

The crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and other titles) and casino games available on the platform use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors. The outcome of each round is independent of previous rounds. The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each title is available in the game information. The minimum bet for crash games is R$ 1.00 per round.

5.4 Errors and inconsistencies

In the event of a technical error in the display of odds, incorrect payouts due to a system failure, or any inconsistencies resulting from technological faults, the 9gbet reserves the right to correct and reverse affected transactions, notifying the user by email. Winnings obtained through manifest errors are void and will be reversed.

6Bonuses & Promotions

A 9gbet periodically offers bonuses and promotions to new and active users. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms published on the offer page, which take precedence over these general rules in the event of a conflict.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Available to new users on their first deposit only. The bonus is credited as bonus balance, subject to a rollover of 5x the bonus amount received, on bets with minimum odds of 1.50. The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Cancelled, refunded, or cashed-out bets do not count toward the rollover.

6.2 Recurring promotions

Weekly, monthly, and themed promotions (such as Brasileirão matchday or UFC event promotions) have specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer. The 9gbet may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with no obligation to maintain offers for an indefinite period.

6.3 General Bonus Restrictions

• A user may participate in the same promotion only once, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only real balance generated after the rollover requirement is met;
• Promotion abuse — including betting on all sides of the same event or using multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

7VIP Program

The VIP Program of 9gbet is a loyalty program with four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — that rewards active users with weekly cashback, monthly bonuses, enhanced odds, and, at the Diamond level, a dedicated account manager. Enrollment in the VIP Program is automatic from the first deposit.

7.1 Points accumulation

VIP points are earned for every R$ 10.00 wagered on sports (1 point) and for every R$ 5.00 wagered on crash games and casino games (1 point). Cancelled or refunded bets do not earn points. Sports bets placed at odds above 1.80 earn 20% more points.

7.2 VIP Cashback

Cashback is calculated every Sunday based on the net negative result of the week (real losses, excluding bonus balance) and credited on Monday as a bonus with a rollover of 3x. The rates are: Bronze 5%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%, Diamond 20%. Cashback applies only to weeks with a net negative result — weeks with a positive result do not generate cashback.

7.3 Level Maintenance

VIP levels are reviewed quarterly. A user who does not reach the minimum score required to maintain their level in a given quarter may be moved down to the previous level. Accumulated points are preserved regardless of level changes.

8Responsible Gambling

A 9gbet is committed to responsible gambling practices and provides free tools to all users, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly, set by the user themselves;
• Temporary self-exclusion — 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day, or custom periods;
• Session time alerts — configurable notifications to help manage your gaming time;
• Complete transaction and betting history — available in the account dashboard for the last 12 months;
• Permanent account suspension — available on request at any time through support, at no cost and with no minimum usage period.

The platform is for users 18 and over only. The 9gbet applies age verification measures to all registrations and may request additional documentation at any time. Betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

9User Conduct

Use of the platform of 9gbet must comply with these conduct rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Create more than one account or use a third party's account;
• Using bots, automated scripts, arbitrage software, or any tool that simulates human behavior to gain an unfair advantage;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties;
• Placing bets in collusion with other users to manipulate outcomes or exploit markets in a coordinated manner;
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any activity that violates Brazilian law;
• Deliberately and systematically exploiting technical errors or odds inconsistencies;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any location-masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions.

A 9gbet continuously monitors account activity and may suspend or close accounts that show suspicious patterns, without prior notice when there is a risk of harm to the platform or other users.

10Limitation of Liability

A 9gbet makes every effort to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. The platform is not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Internet connection instability on the user's end;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on tips or analyses published on the platform — which are informational only and do not constitute a guarantee of results;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Odds fluctuations in live betting inherent to real-time market dynamics.

The maximum liability of the 9gbet in any dispute with the user is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident, excluding bonus balances.

11Account Closure

11.1 Closure at the user's request

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via the support chat or by emailing suporte@9gbet.best. Before closure, any available real balance in the account may be withdrawn via Pix, provided that KYC has been completed and there are no pending rollover requirements or active investigations.

11.2 Closure initiated by 9gbet

A 9gbet may close or suspend an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or unlawful use of the platform;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC;
• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account;
• Abusive behavior toward the support team.

In the event of closure due to a violation, bonus balances are cancelled immediately. Real balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis — in cases of proven fraud, it may be withheld for investigation purposes and potential restitution to the victim or relevant authorities.

12Changes to the Terms and Conditions

A 9gbet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Changes will be communicated to the registered email address at least 15 calendar days before taking effect, except where immediate legal compliance is required.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must request account closure before the changes take effect.

The current version of these Terms is always available on the 9gbet.best/terms-conditions, with the date of the latest update indicated at the top of the document. In the event of a conflict between versions, the most recent version shall always prevail.
